Welcome to Twin Branch Saints located in the beautiful foothills of Appalachia in Kentucky.
When we founded Twin Branch Saints all those years ago, little did we know where our love of this giant breed would take us. This venture has meant a lot of hard work, sacrifice and commitment on our part. The end result has been a successful top winning line, that has been true to the Saint Bernard Standard. We have been so fortunate to have been owned and loved by these fantastic dogs. We feel blessed to have been associated with so many wonderful people in our breed and we are very happy and proud to share some of these memories with you here! The reality regarding our St. Bernards is they make the most wonderful family pets. We have produced many top winning AKC Champions over the years, as well as many working dogs however, we also have puppies that go in to loving homes as pets. We get as much pride from hearing that our dogs are loved and cherished by a family as we do about our dogs winning in the show ring or working dog events!

Our pups are bred with size, temperament, and health in mind . A Saint puppy should first of all be a good family companion and also be a good example of the breed, with large bone and good structure. Our Saint pups are carefully bred from beautiful competitive show and working lines. Our puppies all come from health tested parents in order to produce not just beautiful puppies but healthy puppies as well.Pups from our breedings have competed and won titles in obedience, confirmation, weight pull competitions, as well as temperament testing titles. We strive to produce Saint pups with the true working Saint Bernard type in mind .

All of our pet puppies are sold on limited registration - under spay/neuter contracts. Our pet puppies are all priced the same $1,000.00 regardless of male / female and or markings. Limited registration does not mean that your puppy is NOT a wonderful representative of the breed, it most definitely will be. Puppies sold on limited registration can participate in all AKC events other than conformation.

Visit the below link for a comparision in the difference in a quality well bred Saint Bernard Puppy and one with possibly AKC registration papers that is not well bred:

We do NOT offer for sale our top show prospects as pets. We are selective about those puppies and ensure they go in to serious show/breeding homes or they are kept for our breeding programs future.

We are members of: The Saint Bernard Club Of America, Greater Cincinnat Saint Bernard Club, Heart Of America Saint Bernard Club, Smoky Mountain Saint Bernard Club, Lake Cumberland Kennel Club (All Breed Club).

What is a title really?

Not just a brag, not just a stepping stone to a higher title, not just an
adjunct to competitive scores; a title is a tribute to the dog that bears it,
a way to honor the dog, an ultimate memorial. It will remain in the record
and in the memory, for about as long as anything in this world can remain.
And though the dog himself doesn't know or care that his achievement has
been noted, a title says many things in the world of humans, where such
things count.

A title says your dog was intelligent, adaptable, and good natured. It says
that your dog loved you enough to do the things that please you, however
crazy they may have sometimes seemed.

In addition, a title says that you love your dog. That you loved to spend time
with him because he was a good dog and that you believed in him enough to
give him yet another chance when he failed and in the end your faith was justified.

A title proves that your dog inspired you to that special relationship enjoyed by
so few; that in a world of disposable creatures, this dog with a title was greatly
loved, and loved greatly in return.

And when that dear short life is over, the title remains as a memorial of the finest
kind, the best you can give to a deserving friend. Volumes of praise in one small
set of initials before the name.

A Championship title is nothing less that the true love and respect, given and
received and recorded permanently.

" Dogs are our link to paradise.
They don't know evil or jealousy or discontent.
To sit with a dog on a hillside on a glorious afternoon is to be back in Eden,
where doing nothing was not boring - it was peace."
( Milan Kundera )

*In closing I wanted to take the opportunity to share the following,
that would be wonderful if everyone in every breed would follow....
especially those involved with conformation showing.

Do It Anyway
By: Mother Theresa

People are often unreasonable, illogical, and self-centered; Forgive them anyway.

If you are kind, people will accuse you of selfish, ulterior motives; Be kind anyway.

If you are successful, you will win some false friends and some true enemies; Succeed anyway.

If you are honest and frank, people may cheat you; Be honest and frank anyway.

What you spend years building, someone could destroy overnight; Build anyway.

If you find serenity and happiness, they may be jealous; Be happy anyway.

The good you do today, people will often forget tomorrow; Do good anyway.

Give the world the best you have, and it may never be enough; Give the world the best you've got anyway.

You see in the final analysis, it is between you and God; It was never between you and them anyway.

*Lament of a Lady Who's Gone to the Dogs

There was a time, there really was,

When I was sweet and tender;

When Show Dog meant a Disney Star,

and bitch was not a gender.

I went to bed at half past ten;

I went to church on Sunday;

On Saturday I baked the beans

and did the wash on Monday.

But then I got a certain pup,

And an erstwhile friend said "SHOW",

And so I did and so I do,

OH! What I didn't know.

I used to dress with flair and style,

That was the life, don't knock it.

But now each dress from bed to ball

Must have a good bait pocket.

I used to have a certain air,

I wallowed in perfume,

I used to smell of Niut D'Amour,

Now I smell like Mr. Groom.

My furniture was haute decor,

My pets a tank of guppies.

Now I've furniture unstuffed,

And well-adjusted puppies.

Once I spoke in pristine prose,

In dulcet tones and frail,

But now I'm using language,

That would turn a sailor pale.

I was taught to be well groomed

no matter where I went.

Now all the grooming that I do

is in the handler's tent.

I used to long for furs and jewels

And a figure classed as super,

Now the thing I yearn for most

is a nice new pooper scooper.

I adored a man who murmured verse,

through intimate little dinners,

But now the words I thrill to hear,

Are just three-"Best of Winners".

I rise at dawn and pack the car,

the road ahead's a long one.

The one I routed on the maps,

Invariably's the wrong one.

I really love this doggy life,

I wouldn't care to change it.

But when I get that Best in Show,

I plan to rearrange it.

When my time on earth is done,

I'll go without much nudging.

Just give me three weeks closing date,

and let me know who's judging.
